Dirty UFC styled battle in an octagon, with a lot of forbidden blows and dirty tactics with a sort of comedic twist between a super fat obese Karen and a shop chain manager. The Karen spills a drink on the manager with a close up of the Manager's face, as the drink is spilled on him. The Karen keeps complaining while fighting the manager. The Karen takes out a huge long receipt, traps and wraps the manager in it, and a few shocked employes watch on in horror standing nearby.
