Cinematic non-POV short film. Early evening. A rescue dog runs along the edge of a burned building site. The dog suddenly stops, ears up, then starts digging fast. A firefighter notices and rushes over. They clear rubble together. A man is revealed underneath, unconscious but breathing. The firefighter hesitates for half a second… then calls for help. Paramedics arrive and pull the man free. As the stretcher moves away, the dog follows closely. The man opens his eyes briefly. The dog sits and doesn’t move.
