Comedic pet vérité. Tight medium shot opening, macro lens with razor-thin focus plane. Sequence in two beats joined by a match cut. Beat one: Can a dachshund really be too stubborn for its own good. Beat two: notorious for its epic fails on the stairs. This little sausage is determined to get to the top, but its short legs have other plans. Watch as it struggles to climb, tumbling and sliding back down with a goofy expression. The funniest part? It gets right back up, ready to take on the stairs again. Beat three: Follow for more. Throughout, rack focus from foreground detail to subject. Lit by a single practical lamp as key light indoors after dark, still air. Setting: doorway with a dachshund refusing to come in from the rain. Rendered as Super 8 texture and soft halation, warm amber grade. Entirely photorealistic. Absolutely no on-screen text, subtitles, logos or watermarks. Natural ambient sound of the location, no music bed.
