A small roadside bus stop with a tin roof and faded posters is visible, where a few villagers wait quietly, their faces indistinct. A woman holding a child stands slightly apart near the edge of the road, while an auto rickshaw idles nearby. From the scrubland beyond the road, movement stirs in the tall grass, barely noticeable at first. A wild elephant slowly emerges, its massive shape partially obscured by mist and distance, blending into the dull background until its slow swaying motion becomes unmistakable. The people remain unaware as the elephant steps closer, ears spreading wide in agitation. Suddenly, it trumpets and advances toward the road, causing panic as figures blur into motion and the image shakes slightly, losing focus. A man from the bus stop runs forward, grabbing the woman and child and pulling them back, his movements appearing smeared due to motion and poor resolution. Another man waves his arms and throws a small object toward the ground, trying to divert the animal. The elephant halts briefly, stomps, then turns away, retreating back into the scrubland, its shape fading into the haze.
