Air china 747 (flight number 265) was authorize taxi to the gate but their radio wasn't sense make atc confuse and they said "air china, please taxi get off the runway keep moving the airplane!" When they confirm, they kept don't understand and it is 4 hour on the runway and an another plane (jetblue 249 A321) was going around because of the air china was in the runway and atc warn them to get off runway after the air china was get off, the tower was last word before the record was end like "remind me i'll never fly air china again."
