Kaizo notices a strange pattern: "These aren't isolated crimes… it's a test." The first indirect confrontation. A gang member smiles and whispers, "The smartest detectives fall... when we touch their families." A clear threat, without violence. A camera closes up to Kaizo's eyes... silent, but his anger is palpable.
