A fixed-camera timelapse shot of a 4x4 grid of large ice letter sculptures spelling “LOKO.” The camera is completely static for the entire shot. No zoom, no pan, no tilt, no camera movement of any kind. Each grid cell contains the same ice sculpture in the same studio environment The floor is smooth and slightly reflective. At the beginning of the shot, the ice letters are already partially melting. This is a compressed timelapse, showing many hours of melting condensed into a few seconds. Each grid cell represents a separate experiment, so the ice melts at different speeds and stages across the grid. Throughout the shot: water beads form on the ice surfaces, droplets slide downward, thin streams drip to the floor, puddles spread beneath the letters, and edges slowly soften. The melting progresses continuously and gradually, without sudden jumps or synchronized changes. By the end of the shot, most of the ice letters are largely melted or completely melted, leaving puddles of water, slushy remnants, and faint impressions where the letters once stood. The letters never change spelling, style, or layout. Lighting remains constant and neutral. The shot feels like a scientific or studio timelapse documenting parallel melting experiments, not a cinematic camera move.
