Her belly changes shape visibly as the heavy mass within bounces with each step, stretching into bizarre shapes as its contents are jostled. Scene 4: Side profile close-up of her belly with onlookers in the background continuing to gawk and murmur, her belly continuing to bounce and slosh as she walks.
