A tired boy (18, athletic, hoodie) sits on a bench, breathing heavily, looking down. His face is calm, distant. From across the gym, the most aggressive and confident boy in the class suddenly throws a basketball. The ball flies fast and hits the seated boy on the head. The impact is clear. A brief moment of silence. Then laughter breaks out around the gym. Students laugh and react. The throwing boy laughs and slowly walks closer. THROWING BOY (mocking, spread out, enjoying it): “Wow…” “Did you feel that?” “Guess you really do have a hard head.” He smirks. “That might actually come in handy for us.” More laughter. The seated boy does not react. His face stays cold and controlled, like something dangerous is growing inside him. Slowly, calmly, he stands up. The laughter fades.
