Students are spread across the court during a physical education class. A tired boy (18, athletic, hoodie) sits alone on a bench, breathing heavy, eyes down. His expression is blank. Controlled. Too calm. From across the gym, the most aggressive and confident boy in the class suddenly throws a basketball. The ball cuts through the air and slams into the seated boy’s head. The impact lands hard. A split second of silence. Then laughter erupts. Students react, laugh, point. The throwing boy laughs too, slow and satisfied, and starts walking closer.
