The end shows a blonde woman with pale skin who is also chubby with the facial features of the black woman, as if she was an albino black woman, her blonde hair remains unchanged and her clothes also remains the same, but the blonde woman's body is now the exact same shape of the black woman, with her smaller clothes slightly stretched from her growth/assimilation of the black woman. She smiles as she smokes at the end, because she is now the black woman in secrecy who is smoking the cigar she wanted.
