Ventaja: Los servicios pĂșblicos como la educaciĂłn y la sanidad gratuitas o asequibles nivelan el terreno de juego. Un niño nacido en una familia con pocos recursos puede, gracias a una escuela pĂșblica de calidad y a una beca, llegar a la universidad.
