Workers in blood-stained white aprons and rubber boots are moving heavy crates filled with finished mutton links. In the background, a herd of fluffy sheep stands in a metal processing lane. An industrial stainless steel hydraulic claw suddenly descends, grips one prominent sheep, and lifts it high above the floor. The sheep is lowered directly into the wide, dark funnel of a humming grinder. Finished ground meat is already pouring out of the discharge chute into a large plastic bin.
