Scene 5: An elderly woman mutters to her husband "How can she walk with all that inside her?" The couple then continues to stare silently. Scene 6: The young woman stops, looks at the couple, and says "Takes practice." She slaps her belly, sending a large shockwave across the surface, deforming it with the internal movement, and causing an especially loud slosh as its contents shift. She walks away still smirking, her stomach bubbling loudly.
